How to Set Up your Online Account
On a computer:
1. Go to www.Allstate.com and choose create an account. Follow the prompts to set up your account.
2. Once you're logged in, click Settings at the top of the page and choose Go paperless. Then toggle the Select All option on (it will turn blue).
3. Click Settings again and choose Notifications. Here you can choose to receive text notifications for billing information. You can also choose to turn off emails for company announcements. Make sure to Save at the bottom of the page.
On the Allstate mobile app:
1. Download the Allstate mobile app from your app store.
2. Choose create an account and follow the prompts to set up your account.
3. Once you're logged in, click your name in the bottom right corner and choose Profiles & Settings. Choose Paperless and toggle the Select All option on (it will turn blue).
4. Under Profile & Settings, choose Notifications. Here you can choose to receive text notifications or push notifications on your phone for billing information. You can also choose to turn off emails for company announcements. Make sure to Save at the bottom of the page.
